We love Kaiseki for their consistently good & fresh food, attentive service, and cozy, intimate ambience. I won't ramble too much about how much I love this place. If you live in Manila, make it a point to drop by and see for yourself =) Here are my staples: Crazy Maki; sushi + crab meat done tempura-style (so many restaurants have pirated this specialty, but nothing compares to Kaiseki's in my opinion) Salmon Sashimi Perfect shrimp tempura! My favorite dish; Kaiseki's Grilled Gindara....
