Hello! those look hella cute! was wondering if you knew a easy recipe for the icing? I wanted to make a few cookies for my friends and the icing i always makes smudges when i pack it lol. Is the one you used royal icing?

Hi Char! We use royal icing =) What we do to make our icing set is bake it in a slightly heated oven (100+ degrees or so) for about 2 minutes. AllRecipes.com has some pretty good recipes for royal icing. They're all virtually the same; the key to perfecting it is in the beating of the egg whites. YouTube has a view videos I found that show you actual demos of how to make royal icing. just type in 'royal icing' in the search tab and you'll see them.
