Besides the gambling, extravagant hotels, and meter-long margaritas, Las Vegas is known the world over for its wide selection of amazing restaurants. Chef to the stars and food tv star himself, Wolfgang Puck, has several dining spots around sin city. The ones I can name offhand are Postrio & Riva Poolside in The Venetian, and Spago & Chinois in Caesar's Palace. I've tried each one of them, and the dishes that resonate in my mind constantly are the Lobster Club from Postrio, and the Bolognese from Spago.
Here are a few snaps of my recent dinner at Spago in the Caesar's Palace Forum Shops.
Interesting assortment of breads
Presentation is key; jazzed up salt, pepper, olive oil & butter dish

(on a side note, thank god for Spago's online menu! such a rarity to find restaurants with online menus)
